Cooking
Cooking the rice.
Fry in vegetable oil carrots (on a coarse grater) and onion (finely chopped), and mix with rice.
Cubes cut the ham and add to the rice.
Pita bread cut into 2 parts. One piece of lubricated cream, sprinkle with cheese (on a large grater), spread half of the filling.
In the remaining filling add the egg, mix well, spread on greased with sour cream and cheese pita. To collapse the envelope.
