Armenian Housewives cook hot food / dishes in the fireplace-tonir, and now it can be cooked on the stove, in the oven or slow cooker. Vegetable stew, the beauty of which is that its preparation does not require standing at the stove. And vegetables soaked in juice, and are very tasty and flavorful.

Ingredients

Pour in the vegetables a little bit of hot boiled water, press down the inverted ceramic bowl, cover, and simmer about 1 hour.

You can fold the vegetables in a clay pot or heatproof dish and cook in a preheated 180*C oven. In this case, water to vegetables do not need to add.

You can also prepare hot food / dishes in a slow cooker, greased with vegetable oil pan, selecting the program "Quenching" for 45 to 50 minutes.
