Rolls with meat and wild rice
Now such a huge variety of appetizers both cold and hot; simple and complex, mundane and exquisite. This recipe is not complicated, and looks festive. And delicious, and beautiful!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

The dough can be rent ready puff, maybe even sand is not sweet. For my dough, you must knead the butter to a plastic mass, the salt is dissolved in water, to combine all products, adding egg and flour. Within 3-5 min. knead the dough, form into a ball and put into the refrigerator for 10-15 min.

Prepare the filling of rice aquatics. Boil the rice, Bay of water, 60 minutes from the moment of boiling.

Ready overcooked ground beef with the onion mix with the finished rice.

As a Supplement, you can tie the tubes "a bow made of cheese." To do this in a simple plastic bag folded cheese.
