  • Rhubarb

  • Apple

    350 g

  • Sugar

Prepare the products.

Washed rhubarb stalks, cleaned from coarse fibers. Cut the rhubarb slices the thickness of 1-1,5 see

Spread revenio-Apple mass in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Put the saucepan on the fire. Bring the mass to boil. Diminish the heat to low and cook for 1 hour with the lid on. (I cooked for 2 on electric stove). Mix the mass 2-3 times.

Spread the hot jam into clean jars. I got 2 bottles of 0,5 l., plus 5 tbsp for tasters))).
