Jelly cake
Very gentle and very colorful dessert. This cake will always be the most popular recipe for your guests with a sweet tooth. I did just a million times. Unfortunately, after the guest is and piece. Found the site just like flour or cheese. So I decided to upload my own! Bon appetit.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    1 l

  • Jelly

    4 pack

  • Sugar

    500 g

  • Gelatin

    50 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Each pack of jelly pour 300 ml of boiling water (written on the pack 400 g, but we need the jelly was cool) and put in the fridge overnight to freeze.

The next morning you take the cream at room temperature, sugar and vanilla - beat with a mixer until smooth. Dissolve gelatin in 180 ml of hot water, dissolve. Cool, add it warm in the dessert and mix well.

Frozen jelly, remove from the refrigerator and cut into cubes or diamonds. Carefully mix the jelly with the bulk. Take the form, cover the bottom with plastic wrap. The film put the chopped kiwi and orange (you can then decorate with chocolate + candied fruit, like me). Put the jelly-like mass and place in the fridge overnight.

After 12 hours flip the cake onto a plate. Serve immediately from the fridge (it tends to melt). You will love this dessert!!!
