Fruit cake
Cake recipe for cooking in the convection oven. Set of fruit can be absolutely different, what You like or what is home.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Kiwi

    1 piece

  • Pear

    1 piece

To prepare the ingredients.

Fruit cut into pieces. My house was only apples, oranges and banana. But in the recipe there are still kiwi and pear.

In melted butter

add sugar and eggs. Mix thoroughly.

Then add flour and soda, slaked vinegar.

Stir. When the dough will be no lumps, you can add the fruit and again mix well.

Grease a form with butter and spread our prepared ground. Put on average lattice aerogrill. The recipe says to bake 30 minutes at a temperature of 230 degrees on medium speed.

Because I am not a happy owner of an oscillator with speed controller, I had to experiment. My cake browned quickly on top, after 10 minutes I put the expander ring and reduce temperature to 210 degrees. Bake for another 20 minutes.
