Soup with sauerkraut
When I only have a convection oven and I read that it is possible to cook soups - I tried to cook soup. But... it did not work : ( Then I started to get books with recipes for aerogrill and I learned some of the secrets of soups. According to the author of a book - soups get no worse than cooked in the Russian stove. About Russian stove don't know - not tasted the soups, cooked in it. But soup in aerogrill me this time did not disappoint:) Try to prepare you, maybe you like it too:)

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 l

  • A bouillon cube

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Pork

    3 slice

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Finely chop onions, and a little podrumyanim it in a pan with 1 tbsp oil. Add diced potato and bake it until soft. I have it usually takes about 5 minutes. Put the onions with the potatoes in a saucepan in which to cook the soup. I do it in metal or glass pan. If you are a happy owner of a large ceramic pot, I'm a little jealous. Good :-)

Cabbage fry in the remaining vegetable oil with the flour for 3-5 minutes. I have this time got the cabbage with a very small amount of carrots. Fried cabbage put in the pot with the rest.

The next step I forgot to take a picture :-[ At this stage need to crumble the bouillon cube and sprinkle them over the contents of the pan (onions, potatoes, meat and cabbage). Add boiling water (or broth), cover and put in aerogrill. The recipe says that you need to cook "for 15-18 minutes at high fan speed and a temperature of 205 degrees." But all convection ovens are different and the time/t-RA can vary somewhat. Empirically I found that for the preparation of this soup in my convection oven takes 20 minutes at 200 degrees. The speed of blowing my a/g does not change. After disabling aerogrill to wait to stop the fan, get a pot of soup and, if necessary, it needs more salt and pepper according to your taste. Well, soup and ready! Serve it sprinkled with your favorite herbs. Lovers can add garlic and sour cream.
