Lentil soup with tomato is a very tasty soup, its main drawback is that it ends quickly.

Cooking
I have in the freezer stale the bone lamb, from it I made the broth. You can use any other meat.
Wash the lentils. Add it to the pan and cook until tender.
Cut into large cubes potatoes. Add to the pan to the lentils and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Cut the onion into cubes. And fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Then add the tomato paste and fry for 1 min.
Finely chop the coriander (cilantro only, it gives the flavor that should be)
Lay out, and then the cilantro to the pot. Mix everything and cook on low heat under a lid for another 5 min.
Lentil soup with tomato is ready. Before serving the soup be sure to put a ring of lemon. Bon appetit!
