Cooking
Separate eggs into yolks and whites. Whip the egg yolks with 4 tbsp of hot water, gradually adding sugar, until obtaining a foam.
Sift the flour with cocoa and baking powder, combine with the yolk mass. Add grated apples, mix thoroughly.
Proteins vzbit in a solid foam with a pinch of salt and gently mix with the dough.
The dough pour in greased and floured cake pan.
Bake in the oven for 45-55 minutes at 170 degrees, let it cool in the form.
The cooled cupcake to the black water first and then milk chocolate.
It turns out to be handsome.
Cut the cake into pieces.
Enjoy! PS I would have added to the muffins still a bit nuts, they arise. Good to serve with ice cream, whipped cream, if someone thought enough calories. :)
