I must say that preparing a cake is very simple, even for a novice cook. I did half the rules, because in our small family of two people husband does not like sweet cakes. But soon after cooking regretted that did not full the norm, because almost immediately the pie is almost nothing left. Husband was very happy and asked me to cook again:). With toppings, of course, you can experiment! So soft, blend butter with 200g sugar.
Add eggs, mix well. Pour the milk, stir again.
Add baking powder, flour and knead not very thick dough.
Pre-canned peaches out of the syrup, once the liquid is gone. Cut into small slices.
Form for baking vystelit baking paper. I used a split form, so I just lubed it with oil. Put the dough in shape, smooth. On top lay the sliced peaches.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 35 minutes.
Prepare the cream mix the sour cream with sugar, I'm a little whisk with a fork. On a warm, not hot pie pour the cream (directly into the form, do not fear, for the edges of the paper are then easily pull the cake with cream).
