"Why the road?" - you will ask. Because recently there were circumstances that I had often to leave the house. To eat on the road, they took with them pastries. Wish there was delicious, hearty and healthy. Invented here are bagels yeast dough with cheese filling with cereal. And the name came naturally...

Cooking
Start with making the dough. To do this, in warm milk dissolve the yeast, add 1 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp flour. Leave in a warm place, to rise "cap".
To the remaining flour add the yeast mixture, curd, a pinch of salt. Knead thoroughly, gradually adding vegetable oil. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave in a warm place for an hour.
For the filling, you need to RUB cheese on a coarse grater, add one egg, chopped parsley. Stir well.
Divide the dough into small pieces. I was 9. Roll out with a rolling pin flat.
Top sprinkle dried on a dry pan cereal.
Twist roll and roll it in the shape of a bagel.
Leave for 15 minutes for proofing. Grease gently with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 170 – 180* 20-25 minutes.
