Crazy cake
The crazy cake. Looked on the website there is one recipe for "crazy" cake, but it's composition is completely different, so I decided to put my recipe. The cake really turns out insanely delicious! Prepared without eggs and vsevani - easy and simple, from the minimum amount of products which are always at hand! Soak is not necessary, the cake can be eaten immediately, as it turns out tender, moist texture! You can not even miss the cream! Preparing for my husband's Birthday.

    2 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    6 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    4 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

Immediately apologize for not able to do step by step photos. First- it was just once, and secondly - I thought that this recipe is on the site. Sorry that the photo of the whole cake did not happen... not yet. Well, that remaining caught! :D so, let's proceed: mix all the dry ingredients - sifted flour, sugar, cocoa, vanilla and baking powder. Pour the warm milk and mix well with a whisk to avoid lumps. Pour the batter into the form lined with baking paper and greased with vegetable oil. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. That's all, Crazy cake is ready! You can eat well, and you can miss any of your favorite cream and covered with chocolate.

When the cake cooled, I cut it in three pieces and have missed cream. By the way, the cream prepared according to my recipe it turns out sooooo tasty and tender! And most importantly - not greasy and sugary! Can someone come in handy: in 1/2 Cup of cold milk dissolve 3 tbsp flour - just a good whisk. In a separate bowl boil 1 Cup milk and 3/4 Cup sugar. A thin stream pour the boiling sweet milk in milk-flour mixture, stirring constantly.

Put on fire and heat until the mixture starts to thicken. It is necessary to stir continuously, so that the cream is not burnt. Now, put this mixture on a small piece of butter, each time to end dissolving it. And so enter 100 grams of butter. For example: put a slice dissolved completely in the cream, put the next piece. All this is done on a slow fire.

The finished cream remove from heat, add vanilla sugar and mix well. Cool. Cut the cake into 2-3 parts and RUB cream. And on top I covered with chocolate frosting, and it turns out beautifully and very delicious!
