Greek eggplant salad
Melitzanosalata - so this dish is called in Greek. In essence - this is not a salad as we understand it, it's pasta. All the ingredients are pureed. Served eggplant salad abortionno as "meze"- hors d'oeuvre before the main course. I like this salad sooo much! A minimum of product, ease of preparation and (most importantly) TASTE!

Ingredients

  • Garlic

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    8 Tbsp

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

    0.25 coup

And I love so... Just bought from a nearby bakery fresh and still warm bread... cut off the crispy crust, and lots and lots of crumbs, on top of freshly cooked eggplant salad... a fairy Tale!!
