Salad
Yesterday, my husband gave me a romantic dinner at the restaurant "Avanti" in our Seaside capital of Vladivostok. In the menu I immediately liked the salad with pear, shrimp and soft cheese. I ordered it, and today I want to share it with You in its execution.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Soft cheese

    80 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Make a dressing, here is my complete improvisation since the recipe of this filling is unknown to me. I made a dressing of olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar and salt.

As decoration for salad use dried pears. First, it is a pear cut lengthwise into plates about 3 mm thick and dried in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Pour on top of salad dressing. Bon appetit!
