Salad
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2010 by user La mignonne called "Salad "tori Koons", and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Turned out very tasty, juicy and satisfying salad. Perfect for entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Radishes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 slice

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Of these products are going to prepare a salad.

Carrot RUB on a grater for carrots "in Korean" or cut into thin long wedges. Fill it with hot vegetable oil. No seasoning is not needed. Carrots should be just oily and softer than fresh. It is advisable to make in advance.

Cucumber, radish (I have them from the skin is not cleared) and the pepper cut into strips. Onion cut into thin rings.

Chicken meat is divided into long pieces.

Mix in a separate bowl olive oil and sesame oil, balsamic vinegar. Squeeze juice from lemon wedges. Mix everything carefully.
