Rolls of zucchini stuffed with mushrooms and rice
I again came to You with a recipe from Yulia Vysotskaya. A sort of roll-the fried zucchini stuffed with rice and mushrooms. What else? And there's a lot of cheese)))

Ingredients

Dried mushrooms, pour hot water and cook over medium heat for about 20-30 minutes.

While dough is baked, make mushrooms. Fresh and boiled dried mushrooms, squeeze, cut into pieces and fry in olive oil. I fry mushrooms a lot at once, as at home, the mushrooms are, probably, almost all dishes. Also, I added the onions. In the original recipe it is not.

In curd add the rice, chopped greens, mushrooms, other half of cheese. Season with salt and pepper and stir.

Cut the second sheet of parchment paper, grease it well with olive oil and sprinkle with remaining cheese (about 2 tbsp)
