Last week I bought a leg of lamb in mint sauce.. Bought it was me in the supermarket only because of curiosity of food combinations... Decided to cook this yummy house itself. Scrolling through the many pages of the Internet I stumbled upon a video where Jamie Oliver cooks lamb shoulder in the oven (praising it SHOULDER to ugliness) and it is mint sauce with capers... And in my head was born this recipe... Lamb is just PERFECT! Delicious I have ever eaten! Welcome to the table...

Cooking
The lamb is well washed and free from unnecessary films, veins
Mint washed and dried... to Prepare the spices (+ salt to taste)
On the bottom of the form vilom layer of mint (I just covered the bottom of the form parchment for baking)
Season meat with spices and put in the form.. Top to cover a thick layer of mint. Preheat the oven to 200g. Shape tightly close foil. Put in oven and immediately reduce the temperature to 160. Bake for one hour. After to make large incisions in the foil to release excess vapor and return to the oven for another hour.
