Cooking
Finely chop the parsley (or dill, that is), boiled eggs rubbed on a small grater, garlic through the press, all the mayonnaise and mix well.
Spread the egg-garlic mixture on a slice of cheese.
Roll into a tube, roll in walnut crumbs. If the crumbs will not stick, the tube can be lubricated with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Rolls spread on a flat dish, decorate with walnuts. They can also be spread on lettuce leaves or garnish with greens - here is Your imagination! Enjoy!
