Description
Saw this recipe in Khlebsol and wanted to try. In principle, it would seem, buckwheat with mushrooms, but no, it's not so simple, and much tastier! The pots are purely decorative.

Cooking
Onion and garlic chop. Fry in mixture of butter and olive oil until transparent. Add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper. After 2 minutes add the buckwheat.
Turn down to low fire for 2-3 minutes to warm up the buckwheat in the pan, then pour the broth in small portions. As they absorb liquid, add more. Constantly stir.
After 15 minutes, when the buckwheat is almost done, pour in the wine. Increase the heat, give the wine to boil. Add the cream, leave on the fire for 1-2 minutes. Bon appetit!
