Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar until doubled. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream with condensed milk, add soda, vanilla, whipped with sugar eggs and flour. Mix it thoroughly until smooth (the dough should be like thick cream).
Pour the batter into a greased form and bake at 180 degrees for about an hour. You can divide the dough into 3 parts and bake separately 3 Korzh. I chose the easier option:)
The finished biscuit is obtained with a slide. It must be accurately cut and dry.
Dried the tip, you can crumble by hand and can grind in a blender. It will be useful to us later.
When cake has cooled, cut it into 3 layers.
For the cream you need to grate the zest from two lemons and then squeeze out the juice. Stir in the lemon zest and juice.
2 eggs, sugar (I used slightly less than a Cup, since the cake is very sweet), butter blend butter until fluffy mass. Add to this mass the juice with the zest and cook the cream on low heat stirring constantly until it becomes thick like honey. It turns bright yellow transparent and delicious cream.
