Chocolate ice-cream
Mega chocolate ice cream! Tender, chocolate butter, cool treat for gourmets.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    175 ml

  • Cream

    125 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Chocolate milk

    125 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

Measure out 50 g small brown sugar from the Mistral

Bring the milk to boil. Separate the yolks from the whites.

Beat the egg yolks and the sugar until a lush white mass.

Continuing to whisk, pour the milk into the mixture of eggs and sugar. Heat the mixture, continuing stirring, until thickened, and remove from heat.
