Coffee Panna cotta
I fell in love with this dessert, not even having tried it, it was like this: I searched the Internet for "tasty pictures" on your desktop and saw this beauty in photos, but to my great regret, the names of the dessert wasn't there, I was happy when after some time I stumbled upon the recipe in LJ (ruletka78 ). I can say one thing, all my expectations were met 100 %, I hope at least one person will fall in love with this dessert as much as I do!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    350 ml

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Chocolate milk

    130 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Coffee natural

    35 piece

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Make coffee cream. In the milk throw in beans and heat over low heat, bring to a boil, allow to simmer for 2 minutes, then strain through a sieve. And leave to cool.

While heated the milk, dilute the gelatin in water and leave to swell.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, and pour in a thin stream into the cooled coffee and milk.

The resulting liquid is poured into an iron tank and put on a slow fire, it is very important to stir constantly and do not allow to boil (in order to not formed lumps, if it happened, then you need to RUB the cream through a fine sieve). When the mixture starts to thicken, remove it from heat and dissolve gelatin in it. Leave to cool.

Vystelim a small Cup with cling film. Instead of cups you can take a bowl and feeding them.

Whip 150 ml of cream and add to slightly cooled coffee cream.

Fill with cream prepared molds half full.

Chocolate filler. Melt the chocolate, whisk the remaining 100 ml of cream and combine with chocolate. Put the filling in a pastry syringe or bag with a long narrow nozzle.

In the midst of the coffee cream injected a bit of chocolate filling. It is very important not to pierce through the dessert, so the filler was in the middle, not ripped cream coffee, but if it happens, don't worry, turn the dessert in a circle a teaspoon and get zabrocki! The dessert cool in the refrigerator until fully cured, then melt the remaining chocolate 30 g, get dessert, freed from the film and decorate with chocolate.
