Chicken meatballs with sun-dried tomatoes and herbs (in convection oven)
You know - the site of many kinds of chicken meatballs... However, I want to offer You my chicken meatballs with sun-dried tomatoes and herbs. To cook these meatballs is not difficult. Besides the convection oven allows you to facilitate cooking.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Sundried tomatoes

    4 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mayonnaise

Chicken scroll to the mince together with onion and garlic. Add in the mince and salt to taste, ground black pepper (I added a mixture of peppers) and about 2 tbsp cold milk or cream (I have 10% cream). Knead well ground and temporarily put it in the refrigerator. PS For meatballs you can use fillets of Your choice - or some breast or Breasts + thighs. I did some Breasts. The stuffing can be done using the grinder, and use a blender - then again, as you like. I used the blender.

While the meat is in the refrigerator, slowly wash and dry the herbs - dill and/or parsley. Then finely chop the greens. Chop (not much to make it too small) sun-dried tomatoes. Take out the meat, add the herbs and tomatoes and knead well.

Wet hands to form meatballs of desired size and shape.

Coat the meatballs on one side with mayonnaise (I have "Olive" Mahe).

Baking tray for convection oven grease lightly with vegetable oil and put the meatballs covered side down. Then fluff the other side of the meatballs.

The tray of meatballs to put on average lattice aerogrill. To set parameters: a temperature of 235 degrees fan speed - average time - 25 minutes to Cook to signal. Then leave in a closed convection oven for 10 minutes.
