Asparagus baked with lemon in aerogrill
Asparagus is a tasty, healthy, vitamin-rich vegetable. Asparagus can be eaten: both cold and hot; as an independent (main) dish and as a garnish. Ideal for fish (especially red) and seafood. Today, I offer the option of baked asparagus with lemon.

Ingredients

  • Asparagus

    500 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Black pepper

Cooking

step-0
I have asparagus frozen, but fresh asparagus will taste better. If the asparagus are frozen, then get out of the freezer and let the asparagus defrosts.
step-1
While the asparagus defrosts, cook the sauce to the salad. For the sauce, mix the vegetable oil (olive better), lemon zest (approximately 2 tsp), lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon), garlic (through a garlic press), a pinch of black pepper and soy sauce (one or one and a half tablespoons - to taste).
step-2
For the sauce I just took this capacity, as You can see in the photo. This, for after "bathing" the asparagus.
step-3
So, asparagus thawed (I didn't fully defrost it), now "bathe" the asparagus in the "bath" with sauce and...
step-4
Spread on a baking sheet. If the sauce is left, it evenly and gently pour over the asparagus. On top of the asparagus lay the lemon slices.
step-5
The grill to warm up!!! In a preheated aerogrill put the pan with the asparagus, put on medium grill. To set parameters: a temperature of 235 degrees fan speed - high time - 10 minutes
step-6
Prepare to signal. If it seems that asparagus is not ready, you can add another 5 minutes, no more. PS asparagus is generally not subjected to a long heat treatment.
step-7
Ready asparagus gently transfer to a plate, pour the resulting juice. Serve as a separate dish and as a garnish.
