Ginger soup
This velvet the consistency of the soup, for thrill-seekers.

Ingredients

  • Bow white

    2 piece

  • Lentils

    50 g

  • Potatoes

    100 g

  • Curry

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    20 g

  • Coconut milk

    200 ml

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Green peas

    200 g

Cooking

Onion and ginger, peel and chop. Preheat the frying pan and then lightly with vegetable oil, add curry.

Potatoes peel and cut into pieces, put in a saucepan. Add green peas (frozen can), lentils and pour hot broth (water). Bring to boil and put the fried onion. Reduce the heat and cook until soft potatoes.

Remove from heat, add the coconut milk, punching blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Before serving, remember the fire phone, just in case. Of course, I'm kidding. Serve with bread fried in Rast. butter or gourmet, with a blue seedless grapes.
