Description

Society cheese
Society is a variant of French cake Shu (or profiteroles), but without filling, and with filler in the test. So good it turns out with minimal products and effort! Great as a snack for wine.

Cooking

step-0
Ingredients (agree, very modest)
step-1
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
step-2
Mix in saucepan water, milk, butter and salt, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover flour. Without removing from heat, knead the dough. Should get a homogeneous mass.
step-3
Remove from heat and one by one add eggs. When only one egg fully intervenes, add the following.
step-4
Then add and beat in the grated cheese.
step-5
Coat the baking pan with baking paper. Spread the dough with a spoon, leaving between sukatani a distance of at least 5 cm (they will grow).
step-6
Put the pan in the oven and immediately reduce the temperature to 190°C. Bake for 25-30 minutes. They should rise and brown. The oven during baking not open in any case, until shukuteki will not be well seared - otherwise you'll fall off. For reliability, I leave them to cool in the turned off oven :-)
