Cooking
The dough I cook, and my recipe "bread Rolls with ham and cheese. Option # 2". Give the dough to increase in volume in 2-3 times in a warm place.
Potatoes wash, clean and boil until soft, mash into a puree.
In vegetable oil fry the onion, diced.
Add fried onions to the mashed potatoes, salt and ground black pepper.
In a rectangular or square baking tray spread mashed and formed a square with a size of about 22*22 cm and a thickness of 1.2-1.5 cm.
Split the potato puree on 18 equal parts. Give mashed potatoes to cool.
On the working surface on the edge of a slice of bacon, lay one piece of cooled mashed potatoes.
Wrap mashed potatoes with a slice of bacon. Should not tightly wrap mashed potatoes with bacon, because in this case, when baking the bacon will shrink.
In the same way, wrap the remaining pieces of mashed potatoes.
The dough is divided into 18 equal parts.
Mold each piece of dough ball, cover them with wrap and give the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
And roll it with a rolling pin into an oval. Use a fork to make the punctures in the center of the oval.
On top of the dough and put mashed potatoes, wrapped a slice of bacon, slightly press it with a fork.
Protiven grease with vegetable oil. Shift the procurement of dough on a baking sheet.
Cover billet wrap and give the dough to increase in volume about 2 times.
Grease protruding from under the toppings the dough with the beaten egg.
Using a pastry syringe put the filling on a strip of sour cream (I use sour cream, laid on the gauze, folded several times, so drain the excess liquid, and sour cream gets thicker).
Sprinkle the filling with dried dill. Bake rolls in a preheated 200 degree oven until Golden brown (about 18-20 minutes). Bon appétit!
