Meat
This name, because the meat is wrapped in an unusual way and with the filling inside, so we decided to call it. The meat turns out tender, juicy and flavorful. Suitable for everyday table, and quite worthy of a holiday feast.

Ingredients

  • Loin

  • Onion

  • Cheese

  • Mustard

  • Salt

  • Mayonnaise

Finely chop onions and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Frozen wild mushrooms (I were white, but can be replaced for other or mushrooms) pre-boil, finely chop (or mince) and add to the onions, fry.

Fillets of meat cut into plates of 0.5 cm thick, put in a bag or cling film and a good beat. Meat layer to grease with mustard, salt and on the edge to put a spoonful of the filling.

Rolled into a roll. The edges roll up a ribbon of cheese "Pigtail". Pour into pan and top with a little grease with mayonnaise and bake in the oven at 200-220 degrees for 35-40 minutes until Golden brown.
