Cheese souffle
Incredibly gently... a Little air... Slightly weightless... a Little sweet... Almost imperceptible... well... a ... MOMENT...

Ingredients

  • Nuts

  • Pudding

    1 pack

  • Milk

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Vanilla

Cooking

In a blender grind the cheese, adding a little milk to get a delicate, creamy mass.

Whisk eggs with Aharon, adding vanilla.

To egg mixture add curd, lightly whisk at the lowest speed.

Then beat in the pudding, whisking just until smooth. Add the baking powder.

I took baby cereal OATMEAL with apples, there's just asaoka crushed into flakes. One does not, simply grind rolled oats... not the dust.

So, pour a Cup of grinded oatmeal, mix, and give a little to swell.

Pour half of the batter into the lined and carefully (!) missed the form (the dough is veeeery sticky).

Then a layer of nuts and condensed milk.

Lay second half of dough. Even out the dough. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven, the readiness check with a stick in the place where there is no condensed milk. Let it cool down completely, spread from the mold and enjoy! [img]http://www.pozd ravlyalki.narod.ru/a nim/3.gif[/img]
