Cooking

step-0
Here our products.
step-1
First, preheat the pan with vegetable oil and cut the onion into half rings, fry it a little and put the big part of it. Port fry the minced meat in the same oil, with a third of onions. Pepper, salt, I added tomato paste and a couple tablespoons of sour cream. As soon as roasted to put in such portions of the molds, and top with the onion. ( The liquid left in the pan and does not drain into the mold, so there's no excess fat)
step-2
From meat when roasting stood out a little juice and left the butter, a little fry in it the potatoes, cut into small pieces ( I each potato cut into 4 pieces long and then cut them in fine slices) to semi-readiness. I love herbs, so added a lot of parsley and some Basil and pepper. There finely sliced 2 mushrooms, you can add finely chopped carrots. Alternatively, you can make mashed potatoes, so the dish will turn out soft cap of 2 cm in thickness, is also delicious :). When put to roast the potatoes - preheat the oven, slice the tomato and RUB the cheese.
step-3
Spread the potatoes over the onions, then slice tomatoes and generously sprinkle with cheese. Put in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
step-4
This, of course, easily prepared with any quickly preparing meat, and finely chopped chicken drumstick - all yummy! I honestly don't understand how delicious: all mixed or layered;) So let's vote someone as delicious:) Bon appetit! Don't touch this! In the mold, and even under the hood dinner stays hot long enough:) Which, actually, seems to me a big plus:)
