French Turkey soup
The basis was taken the recipe from the magazine "Cooking with the chef". Interested in the combination of corn, beans and spinach. Prepared and was very tasty. Now share the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    400 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Spinach

    150 g

  • Corn

    0.5 can

  • Beans

    0.5 can

  • Leeks

  • Spices

The Turkey pour 3 liters of cold water, bring to boil, remove the foam and cook for 40 minutes. Strain the broth.

While cooking the Turkey, carrots, grated on a coarse grater, spinach and corn a bit (3-4 minutes), fry in vegetable oil.

To the vegetables add the beans with the sauce, bring to a boil.

Roasted vegetables put in a broth, to add sliced leeks, season with salt and pepper, bring to boil, boil for 5-7 minutes.
