For the past two weeks I think about what to cook for the contest "Tasty and healthy". I saw, based on the conditions, something fruity, estessno, cereal, and with minimal thermal processing. Digging on the Internet and have not found anything such. Oh, the throes of creation!)) Had to come up with a recipe yourself. In my opinion, happened. Look, rate. To come up with something, but find it difficult selecting a category - pie? A cake without baking? Dessert? Decide for yourself. And I will call pie. )))

This pie is no-bake, form is best for it to take a square or rectangular, with low sides - it and it will look better, and pry it off with a spatula will be easier. I have a form of small - 20x20. The form should be lightly greased with butter. It is best to prepare all foods for the basics - sugar, butter, nuts (I had walnuts, but you can use any almond, cashew, hazelnut and others), cream and cereal. I used cereal 5 cereals from Mistral, but it does not matter, take oatmeal or millet. The main thing that was listed on the package - no cooking. Exceptionally tasty and the corn will be frosted flakes. Nuts suggest dry in the oven or pan, so the taste will be brighter.

Everything is at hand, start making the caramel. This is my favorite process, but then yawn should not be - may or burn, or freeze before it is required. Now, pour the sugar in a frying pan or saucepan with a thick bottom, put on medium heat, wait until the sugar begins to melt. DO NOT DISTURB! Just shake and tilt the pan so the sugar is melted evenly. Once all the sugar melts and becomes amber-Golden color, put the butter and wait until it melts. Here it is already possible to stir with a silicone spatula, immediately add cereal, mix gently and pour the cream. The caramel may seize, not afraid to hold heat, stirring and it will again become liquid. This time is 1-2 minutes, enough to get the cereal ready. Don't forget that the melting point of sugar is higher than the boiling point of water, the caramel cools and long flakes in the pie raw will not. Remove from heat, add nuts. Mix well. Base.

Put it in a greased form, smooth. If a bit of caramel left in the pan, put it on the fire, the caramel will become liquid again, remove with a spatula the remnants, the pan fill with water. Half an hour later, pan will clean all dissolved. Why I have elaborated on this point? In some recipe I tortured issues – how to wash a pan of caramel?))) But in this case, the caramel turns soft enough, it only serves as a connecting link for cereal and nuts, so the problems with laundering does not arise. Oh Yes, I forgot to write that at the last moment poured another handful of dried cranberries.

Now the fruits. The cake will turn out beautiful if you take the fruit about the same size, but with different colors of skin and pulp. I have it - Apple, plum, yellow and blue, pear and lemon with a green skin.

Now the second important point is to slice the fruit thinly and smoothly. If you have a keen eye and a steady hand, lucky you, take the knife and proceed. With this matter, so in such cases I'm using my Turk burner - 2 minutes and the mountain of chopped fruit. Just want to note that all fruits are not needed, turned the remnants of the fruit salad.

I came up here this way - buy conventional spray, several times pass through the water with detergent, then clean water. Now everything is simple - prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the package. The bag is approximately 3 teaspoons.
