Raspberry pannacotta
A very delicate dessert terrific for a hot summer day! Recipe taken from the book "Quick recipes for every day", which I recently received as a gift))) What unspeakably happy!))

Ingredients

  • Raspberry

    3 cup

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    2.5 tsp

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Cream

    0.25 cup

Cooking

Soak gelatine in milk for forty minutes.

Raspberries grind in a blender, then pass the sauce through a sieve.

Curd proteret through the screen (the original was cream cheese, but to me the product is unavailable))), beat the sugar and raspberry puree in a lush foam.

Cream warm, not boiling, add milk with gelatin, stir and pour the mixture into the mainstream.

Pour into small portion cups. Put into the refrigerator at least two hours, until fully cured. And then you can enjoy it)))
