Cooking
Here are our vegetables. Pepper is better to take different colors, they will look beautiful in a jar, I had green peppers and such and yellowish.
Tomatoes mince. You can pre-remove the skin, but I didn't. In a saucepan, bring tomatoes to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Pepper cut into slices (I wrote above that the seeds can not be cleaned). Finely chop the onions. Garlic to clean.
After the tomatoes add the chopped pepper, onion, sugar, salt, black pepper and vinegar, cook for another 30 minutes.
Put the chopped garlic and cook for another 15-20 minutes. The sauce is ready.
Pour the sauce into jars and close.
