I want to share with you a favorite dessert of my husband. He immediately eats half a serving (and it turns out there's quite a few). To taste (dessert) is like fruit ice cream (7 COP.), which was once in the "land of Soviets". Now this no matter how much I searched and tried.
Cooking
1. Gelatin to prepare according to the instructions on the package, just take 100 ml of water. 2. The berries are slightly thawed (if frozen) and chop the blender to puree. Add sugar (0.5 tbsp), gelatin. 3. Whip the cream(I had sour cream), sugar (0.5 tbsp.) and to connect with berry mass. 4. Separately, beat egg whites with sugar (0.5 tbsp.) in a foam. And carefully adding pieces to mix with berry mass until smooth. 5. The form vystelit with cling film and pour out our fruit and cream mixture and place in the freezer for 3-4 hours. 6. For an hour or two before use to flip the dessert onto a plate and simply leave in the fridge. BUT FOR A LONG TIME IN THE HEAT NOT TO KEEP!!!!!! If the dessert is left, it is put back in the freezer.
