Salad with rice noodles
I love rice noodles. So I found a recipe for salad in the depths of the Internet, slightly altered to your taste and that's what I got.

Ingredients

  • Cellophane

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Garlic

  • Lemon

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

  • Soy sauce

From this rice noodle we will prepare a salad.

Beans defrost at room temperature. Pour boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Onion cut into half rings and pour hot water with vinegar. (I didn't have red onion, I used white. I think that with red onion salad would be more fun)

Carrots clean, RUB on a large grater. All the vegetables to combine in one dish.

Rice noodles, pour boiling water for 2 minutes (longer is not necessary to maintain, and that it will fall apart.)

Garlic finely chop and fry in vegetable oil for 2 min.

To garlic add the rice noodles, fry until Golden brown. I added a little color to turmeric.

Fried noodles mixed with vegetables. Add salt to taste, pepper, lemon juice, soy sauce and sugar. (I don't use sugar, because I do not like sweet salads)
