Very light and delicate salad, and very TASTY!

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Mussels

    150 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

Cooking

Mussels, boil 2 minutes with salt and Bay leaf. To boil eggs. Cut the mussels into 2-3 pieces.

Pour the mussels with lemon juice

Cucumber cut into strips

Slice cabbage and egg. Tuck in soy sauce. Bon appetit!
