Yorkshire pudding
Savoury muffins, served hot roast beef.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.75 cup

  • Olive oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Sift flour, add salt, stir. Make a well in center, add eggs and milk.

Well, beat all ingredients until smooth. It turns out the batter.

Cover the bowl of dough with foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 230/210*. In each hole of the muffin tin, pour olive oil (1.5 table.l.) and put in the oven for 4 minutes until the oil warms up.

Carefully remove affenito from the oven and fill forms batter. Return to the oven.

Bake 15-20 minutes until Golden brown. Here are some beauties out. Just jumped out the form!
