Cooking
Make the dough. Mix the flour with the salt. Butter cut into small cubes and add into flour. Mix well and gradually pour the water. Make the dough into a ball and remove to refrigerator.
Make filling. Cut the onion into half rings and fry it in butter until Golden brown, let cool.
RUB cheese on a coarse grater. Mix the onion, cheese and eggs.
