Mackerel sweet and sour with carrots
Mackerel is, of course, not sturgeon)), But you can cook quite presentable dish for a family meal or unexpected guests. 20 minutes and on the table a delicious, bright and beautiful dinner.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    4 piece

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Mackerel cut into fillets, remove visible seeds. Cut into pieces 3 cm
