Decided this time to approach, in my opinion, to the taste of the classic ACMI. The components for this dish, as you can see, quite a bit. It's very simple:
First, I bring water in saucepan to a boil, add some salt, and put the lasagna sheets for 5 minutes (because the pair failed to make a good photo of lasagna which is boiled in a saucepan). At this time I cut the pita bread, put in a colander...

It turns out that's the mass. Honestly, I thought that would be bad to mix all the ingredients, but luckily, I was wrong, everything is very well mixed into a homogeneous mass.
15 minutes at 180 degrees and 5 minutes at a temperature of approximately 235 degrees (Golden brown), and can be longer if you like a more rosy verhushechku. That was quick achma.
