This is a very delicious and simple pie. Of all the pies with fish that I have ever had - this recipe, in my opinion, the best. I heard my mother on the radio three years ago. How could told me, I thought it did. Turned out to be so fragrant and delicious cake, after that we stopped making any pies with fish. This recipe became our favorite.

Prepare the products. Since the dough is done very quickly, we begin our pie filling.
First you need to determine what your home-fries - juicy or starch. The people of Belarus and Bashkortostan are not worth the bother, just cut the potatoes into small wedges. But who the juicy potatoes that will have to boil it until half after cutting before putting in the pie. How I did it. Onions cut into half rings or just finely (as you like). I had a fillet of sea language. Everyone I salt and pepper, and piled one on another.
Now is the dough. Whisk eggs with salt in a mixer, there is mayonnaise. Each tablespoon of mayonnaise has to be well very complete, full. Whisk. Gradually add flour mixed with soda. The batter should be the consistency of thick cream.
Grease the pan (or deep skillet) with olive oil, pour half of the batter. On top of the onions put the fish fillets.
Add the remaining dough directly on the fish, spread as far as possible. I got a few holes, a little bit not enough dough. But this does not affect the pie.
In the oven it has risen, browned and turned out here is such a handsome man!
I read on the website similar recipes. But nobody makes a pie with raw fish! If the fish is juicy, oily, the dough will all be impregnated with a fish scent. I think that catfish this pie would be even better! And what a delicious potato turns out the culprit! Try it, it's so delicious! And most importantly - very easy. Like most of my favorite recipes.
