These scones are perfect for soup, nibble on the vegetable sauce, squash caviar, and so simply with greens is very tasty! They are gentle, soft, with a distinct taste of potatoes and herbs. You can add garlic, fried onions, various herbs and spices to taste. A hearty and tasty dish in a post!

Cooking
Boil potatoes in their skins until tender, add salt in the cooking process. Peel and grate or mash with a potato masher.
Add the sifted flour and spices.
Knead the dough. Check for salt, the dough should be salty
Divide the dough into four pieces and roll into balls. In order for the dough not sticking to hands, grease them with butter.
Of the balls roll out of the pellet in centimeters, sprinkle with flour. Heat vegetable oil and fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until it will turn brown.
