Description
This dish according to my philosophy, very close to a puff pie with apples. Of course, with "roses" a little more fuss. But how they will decorate any tea party!

Cooking
Ready the puff pastry defrost. Roll out (dough should roll out in one direction only, otherwise all the layers will collapse).
Cut into identical strips (I got 5 strips).
Finely chop the slices of Apple with peel.
Take the strip with its plum sauce "Darbo".
Sift the icing sugar through a sieve to avoid lumps. Dip the Apple slice in powdered sugar on both sides and spread on the test strip.
Gently roll the strip into a "rosette" of one end of the wrap under the "rosette". Spread on a baking sheet. In exactly the same way the rest of the "roses" and put them on the baking tray lined with parchment paper. After all the "roses" are ready, let them stand 20 minutes to rise. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
