Description
Recipe macaroni casserole with minced meat and dishes made of several recipes for fellow chefs. The recipe is nothing special, but I baked it in the convection oven - in my experience.

Cooking
Prepare your ingredients.
Put to cook the pasta as usual, but not to full readiness. Ground beef saute with finely chopped onion and garlic. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg.
In a bowl grate cheese, put there any favorite herbs (you can mix type "Provencal herbs" or "Mediterranean herbs"). Mix.
In a slightly greased Rast.oil form put layers: half makaroshek and
- kefir and juice together. I had a jar of ready Lecho (ingredients: bell peppers, tomatoes, tomato juice and salt). If no, then you can slightly saute the chopped pepper and tomatoes and grind them in a blender.
- on top of the second part of the pasta rings cut a ball of mozzarella (sprinkled with herbs)
and put in aerogrill. AG I have recently and I'm still experimenting. I baked it so the first 10 minutes at high speed on the lower grate under the lid, the temperature of 260 gr. Opening the lid, I found that in the middle of the casserole barely warm. Then I'm in the middle put a glass of thick glass - I had to do it once - this tip! After this manipulation the casserole in the middle of the cold cake immediately. Then I put the casserole dish on top rack without cover, maximum speed, the temperature of 205 g, for 5-7 minutes.
