Decided to make a version of stuffed baked potatoes. I think that the taste of the potatoes with the liver known to many, decided to combine them together with some additions. As the potatoes baked, and the use of this familiar vegetable remains.

The original idea of the dinner was very simple: baked potatoes with beef liver. Liver clear from the films, cut into pieces, salt, add some cream and put in the pan about 10-15 minutes. I cook the potatoes in aerogrill, but you can do it any way. Take a potato, drip a little olive on it (can be any, I just love the taste of olive) oil, coat it on all sides, put in foil. In aerogrill contains only 9 potatoes, but for our toppings we still have 4-5 pieces ( I have zagotavlivali potatoes...????)
So, the potatoes wrapped in foil, put it on a medium grid at 260 degrees with the average fan speed for 35 minutes. In my convection oven for roasting whole vegetables for 35-45 minutes. It all depends on the size of the vegetables. I have potatoes of medium size, so after 35 minutes they were ready.
While baked potatoes, cheese was smeared on a small grater and mix with the pate. Now, each potato cut in half, a teaspoon remove the middle without making the rest of the walls are very thin.
