Cooking
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
In a saucepan pour a glass of water, add butter, salt, nutmeg and bring to a boil. Pour a Cup of flour. Quickly stir on very low heat, until complete disappearance of lumps. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm. One by one enter the eggs, stirring carefully (and with a spoon, with the mixer on low speed). The dough turns sticky after kneading add 1/2 grated cheese (a little bit). Mix well with a spoon.
Portions of the dough put a tablespoon on a parchment lined baking sheet, sprinkle remaining cheese (about a full pinch or teaspoon to the cake dough to cover completely). Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180*. I want to add from myself that it is better to put a full teaspoon of dough, then the cakes will be smaller (that is to say, one bite), but not necessarily is my opinion.
Finished cakes remove from the oven, allow to cool on the baking sheet (if you can resist). Then put on a plate.
