Cooking
Make the dough. Softened margarine RUB with sugar,
Vanilla, baking powder, flour. Knead the dough. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into two halves. Roll out each thickness of about 1.5 mm, approximately the same shape and size. One layer of grease with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and crushed nuts. To speed up the process of cooking is possible when kneading the dough add the nuts and then just roll out the dough thickness of 0.5 cm.
To transfer the second layer of dough on just prepared. The dough can break, so this should be done very carefully, I shifted using the rolling pin. Press the seams to one another and a little roll. When baking they will stick together with melted sugar.
From the rolled dough cut glass circles (I have a D Cup 6.5 cm). Half of the resulting circles to cut a small portion of the same glass and cut in half. It will be wings "ladybugs". The second half of the circles will be the body "ladybugs".
Remaining dough can be crushed and again roll out to 0.5 cm, only it has to be single, I just unrolled the dough of the sausage and made a few small biscuits. Bake cookies in heated oven at 180*C for 8-10 minutes.
To make the glaze (can be made at a time when the dough is "resting" in the fridge). Red: in beet juice add 3 tbsp. of sugar, boil, add 2 tbsp water and bring to boil. Chocolate: cocoa mix with 3 tbsp of sugar, add milk, mix, bring to boil, add butter. Remove from the heat. Baked biscuits to cover with glazes, round, chocolate, cut red. Of course, you can use food coloring and melted chocolate (it is easier and will reduce the cooking time).
Collect cookies :"wings" bred a little to the sides and glued to the "body" to the not yet frozen frosting. On wings dripping with chocolate icing dots. ALL, FINALLY THEY ARE READY!!! You can put on plates and decorate as desired.
And here is the flower of my life - Natasha! Biscuits she managed only barely to try. You will grow, and then eat)))
