For all chocolate lovers-do not pass! I suggest you bake the next of kin brownie - French fondant. This is not really baking, gentle cream in a crispy chocolate crust! There is the recipe and a little trick in technology that will allow you to cook this delicious treat whenever you have free time, on the eve of the celebration in which you present this dessert to their guests. This recipe I want to dedicate to all our girls participating in the photo-races, and the organizer and mastermind of this exciting experience - Larissa!! If not for you all, I would never cook and would not know how delicious it is!!!

Cooking
Jam to put in small molds for ice, candy or, like me, in a plastic form under quail eggs. And put into the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, can be more, because my jam to the frozen and not frozen.
Chocolate and butter melt in a water bath or in the microwave.
When the butter and chocolate will come together carefully, stirring constantly to avoid stratified chocolate, pour rum
Beat the eggs with sugar until foam, better hand, with a whisk, because is a "soft" foam, and for this time, just a little bit to cool the chocolate mass. Pour the egg mixture into the chocolate, stirring all the time.
Sift into the mixture the flour. Mix well.
Portioned cookie cutters well lubricated with butter and sprinkle with flour. I had silicone molds may not have been generously smear and pour, but I was afraid to take risks.
Pour the chocolate batter in the ramekins, about 2/3 full (I got 8 PCs silicone molds) and then to get frozen cube jam (it's not very cold and I helped get a tea spoon). Drown the cube in each mould. Put the form with fontanami in the freezer for 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. To get out of the freezer the form of frozen cakes and straight put it in the oven for 15-18 minutes. The time depends on your oven and on how fluid the middle you want to.
Cool slightly, get fondane from the molds and you can immediately bring to the table, and enjoy their heavenly taste!!! Well, we all a lot more like it was already cold when the jam combines its citrus flavor with a taste of chocolate... Try to cook, I assure you, you won't be dissapointed, it is not difficult and very very tasty chocolate!!!
