In this recipe I used semolina instead of flour. Well, not only in this recipe. Yes, semolina and flour is the same product, but the differences are still there. Semolina – a more complex carbohydrate than flour. And, consequently, gives more satiety for a longer period. Flour clogs the blood vessels and liver tissue and makes it solid. And the health of blood vessels it's our overall health and longevity. Healthy vessels – the key to good health. Sometimes in order to get rid of any chronic diseases, it is enough to clean and repair the vessels and the disease disappears, the body is restored. Munk, in contrast to flour does not harm our blood vessels, because it is more coarse, and in baking has the same properties. Use flour or semolina, you can choose.
